Join us for an in depth tour covering all aspects of primary production and the further value adding to premium beverages.

Explore our commercial cold rooms, historic refrigeration with an operational 84 year old compressor, view our computerised grading line for packing our fresh fruit for the local market and see every step of Cider making, including our automated bottling line, which brings our award winning products to the market.

A customised itinerary can also be provided, including ‘Cider making classes’ and a ‘blend your own’ experience.

During select months a ‘pick your own’ experience can also be provided.

Our Shed Door will be open on specific days to drop in for a drink and bite to eat.  See our Shop or facebook for up to date information.

We are now available to book a personal tour with tastings of our Cider, Perry, juices and our pear spirit ‘Eau De Vie De poir Williams’.

We pride ourselves on being able to offer a unique experience no matter what the occasion; weddings, birthdays, engagements or a general celebration.

Our commercial wood oven and kitchen allows us to bring you the finest Artisan sourdough pizzas in the Adelaide Hills, slow cooked meats and various other dishes.  Our extensive drinks list ensures no one misses out, whether you are after beer, wine, cider or something non-alcoholic.  We can cater for up to 50 people.
